We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS,
and PAYPAL. Money orders, cashiers checks, and bank wire transfers are
also accepted. Personal checks are not accepted.
Orders are shipped UPS
Ground or USPS (typically 2-5 day delivery time), unless otherwise
requested. Other shipping options include Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air,
and 3 Day Select.
This map shows expected UPS ground delivery times for addresses in the US. Remember that Saturday and Sunday are NOT
business days for UPS. Shipping times
for USPS shipments average 2-3 days anywhere in the USA.

Terms of Sale
1. VISA, MASTERCARD,
AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, PayPal, cashiers checks, wire transfers, and postal money orders are
accepted. Personal checks are not accepted. We do not ship C.O.D. orders.
2.
All orders over $100 are shipped SIGNATURE REQUIRED. This is for your protection
and ours.
3.
Wire (electronic) transfers are subject to a $20 charge to cover the bank fees.
4.
Listed prices do not
include freight or applicable taxes.
Note: Most orders going to Alaska
and Hawaii can ship at the same rate as to the contiguous 48 states; however,
certain large and/or heavy orders may incur an additional cost. In these cases,
we will contact you regarding additional shipment costs.
5. Merchandise may be returned,
but MUST be returned within 30 days of purchase. NOTE: Items purchased as
Christmas gifts may be returned after Christmas, even if this is longer than 30
days from date of purchase. All returns
must be accompanied by the completed product return form found here. (The
return form must be viewed with Adobe Acrobat -
download the free Adobe reader
here.) Units must be returned in new, un-used and un-ridden condition, in
the original carton, complete with all packing materials, documents, blank warranty form,
etc. NO REFUNDS ON USED
(RIDDEN) UNITS OR PARTS.
6. All returns are subject
to a 10% re-stocking fee. This fee covers credit card processing costs and the
cost of returning items to inventory. Canceled orders are also subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
7. All
Gopeds, pocketbikes, RC vehicles, etc are covered solely by manufacturers warranty.
8.
We are not responsible for typographical errors on this site.
9. DDM makes no claims as to the legality of operating Gopeds, pocketbikes, or
other motorized devices in your area. These items do not conform to Federal Highway Safety
Standards and as such, are NOT designed to be street legal.
