cc288 - ESP Case Reed Ported Zenoah 4-Bolt 36mm 30.5cc Top End Kit (for +2mm Strokers)
Custom 4-bolt G310RC 30.5cc 36mm big-bore head kit from legendary 2-stroke tuner Earth Surfer, Professionally modified and ported by ESP for use with the TS 4-bolt billet reed cases(DDM part dd353).
This kit has been specially modified to fit +2mm stroker crankshafts.
Kit includes: 36mm cylinder, ported/modified, intake port closed, piston, piston ring, piston pin, pin bearing, circlips, cylinder gasket, spark plug, and instructions. Increases the power and speed of your engine SUBSTANTIALLY! Requires 91 octane (using the R+M/2 octane rating method) or higher fuel. This kit uses the new-style 36mm 4-bolt Zenoah cylinder. Fits TS 4-bolt billet reed induction crankcases only (part dd353), will not work with standard crankcase. Includes all necessary hardware and instructions.
Note: This kit requires a +2mm stroker crankshaft for use, if you want a reed ported top end for a stock or +1mm stroke, see part number cc287.
The Championship winning porting is the same high quality you have come to trust and expect from ESP, and the amount of detailed work done on each top end kit is not reflected in the low price. All porting is now done with a CNC mill with excellent port time area repeatability, and then finished and detailed by hand to perfection, just like what is done for all of ESP’s sponsored racers.
