$63.00Now available! The 2nd generation V2 DarkSoul Axle Extenders for the HPI Baja 5b give your buggy a half inch wider stance per side for the best stability and least tendency to roll on even the highest traction surfaces. Made in the USA from 6061 T6 aluminum and black anodized for protection.
These newly refined second generation axle extenders now have an added hex area for use of disk brakes, so adapters are no longer needed. Also, cross pins add the level of strength needed with the newer generation of high HP engines. Use the stock HPI pins when using aftermarket brake rotors or the included slightly shorter pins when running with no aftermarket brakes.
The axle kits contains 2 front axles, 2 rear axles, 2 “short” cross pins, 2 retainer o-rings, 4 flanged wheel nuts, and 2 c-clips. The front extenders are already pre-tapped to accept the c-clip eliminator kit.
