ca649 -Darksoul Watercooled Cylinder Shell

Here is an innovative new concept in engine performance- the DarkSoul Cylinder Shell. This kit requires the use of the CY 25.4cc water cooled piston and cylinder kit (sold separately, DDM part number ca650). The marine cylinder already has a more radical port job from the factory and is rated at 4+ hp. The benefits of this kit are more horsepower at a more affordable price. Most ported top end kits will set you back approximately $70+ for just the cylinder, you would still need to purchase a replacement piston, ring, and the necessary gaskets to finish the install. Install the kit and add the cylinder shell for cooling, and you are done. Should you ever seize your cylinder, remove the cylinder cooling shell, and replace the piston cylinder kit and re-install the shell. The ca650 watercooled top ends fit Zenoah G23LH / G230RC / G260RC engines, as well as Chung Yang CY23RC / CY26RC / CY27RC / GP290 engines. Fits CY29RC and other engines with +2mm stroke if cylinder is modified or a .040 copper gasket is used.
